Feeding department :

1.1  Table by a welded steel plate and channel. Table plate thickness: 3.0mm. Channel is standard of 10 # channel steel.

1.2 Table length 2350mm, 4 to 5 groups feed chain. Each chain has three push feeder.

1.3 Configuration 2 side cover. Made with 5 # angle iron.

Printing department

2.1 Gear enclosed spray lubrication system, keyless drive design, so that accurate long-term chromatic unchanged.

2.2 Each printing unit can be electrical separation.

2.3 High-precision anilox roller, diameter 200mm. The textured density of anilox roller is 220 lines / inch, to ensure the printing effect is clear and beautiful.

2.4 Ink supply system is pneumatic diaphragm pumps, high efficiency, saving ink.  Automatic cycle supply. Cleaning with clean water can be.

2.5 Automatic uniform system to keep the anilox roller quit. When the machine stop,the anilox roller and rubber roller could running independently for transmission ink and prevent the ink dry out.

2.6 The rubber roller is use high quality hard wearing rubber, diameter 180mm,and with the middle of a relatively high high-precision grinding.

2.7 Phase institutions is 360-degree Electric adjustment, ergonomic design.

Slotter function part

1. Wallboard for high quality cast iron material, 40mm thickness, and large processing center production.

2. The auto grinding mechanism of soft roller is adopted to improve the repetitive-use rate of rubber sleeve within 3-4 grinding times.

3. The auto compensation of linear speed is designed to ensure the same die-cutting size of each batch of cartons.

4. The imported polyurethane cushion is adopted for easy installation within 12 million of die-cutting times.

5. During the operation ,the die-cutting roller with felt set automatically& laterally moves left and right 40mm, therefore the scratch are not repeat ,felt set's service lift is prolonged.

6. Phase planetary gear used electric adjustment ,phase powered 360°adjusting. Input the digit adjustment phase directly ,adjust quickly and precisely.
