The machine is mainly used for die cutting the ground paper of various envelopes,also applicable for other materials.This equipment has a powerful die cutting pressure with accurate positioning,fine adjustment and full-automatic ejecting units highly efficient,labor-saving and stable in production;provided with automatic arresting gear and four-column stable structure ensuring the stable performance and operation of the equipment during the production.

Characteristics:

1.Adopt double oil cylinder, precise double-crank connecting rod mechanism, which can guarantee the cutting depth at every cutting position is same.

2.With special setting mechanism, and equipped with die cutter and cutting depth setting, the travel adjustment is simple and accurate.

3.The pressing board of cutting carries out slow cutting when it contacts the die cutter, which can make that there is no size error between the upper layer and lower layer of cut materials.

4.All sliding parts are lubricated with oils supplied by the hydraulic system guarantees machines precision and prolongs service life of machine.
